assembly
Three types
of Metacups tips are supplied based on end usage and
requirement which are
1. Metacup-CE
2. Metacup-C
3. Metacup-HC
Features :

Metacup-CE –
1. These cups are without tellurium
2. These are used for “Carbon Equivalent”
determination of cast iron
• Metacup-C –
1. These cups are with tellurium ‘Blob’
2. These used for getting more reliable data for
thermal analysis to read CE, C & Si of cast iron
3. These have horizontal thermocouple
4. Themocouple response to changing temeprature of
the sample is immediate
• Metacup-HC –
1. These cups are with tellurium ‘Blob’
2. These cups are specially used for determination
of high carbon equivalent of cast iron.
3. These have horizontal thermocouple
4. Themocouple response to changing temperature of
the sample is immediate.
